Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at TerraNova! This policy contains the details of our shipping methods, timelines, and charges.


1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within a maximum of 48 hours (2 business days) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification email once your order has been shipped.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping Charge: We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India.
Delivery Time: While we dispatch orders quickly, the final delivery time can vary between 3-7 business days depending on your location and the services of our courier partners.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.


4. Shipping Locations
We ship to all serviceable pin codes within India only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


5. Undeliverable Packages
In the event that our courier partner is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.
We will contact you to arrange for a re-shipment. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid such issues.


6. Damages
TerraNova is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us at support.terranova@nexttorch.in within 3 days of receiving the order, along with photo evidence.
We will review the case and assist you as per our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
