The website terranovastore.in is a brand owned and operated by Nexttorch Private Limited, a company registered in India.

3. Products and Pricing

  • We sell enclosures, feeder bowls, hides, supplements, and other accessories for exotic animals ("Products").

  • All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, including GST.

  • We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time without prior notice.

4. Product Use Disclaimer
All products sold on this website are intended for use with exotic animals as described. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product is suitable, safe, and appropriate for their specific animal. TerraNova is not liable for any harm, injury, or damage that may result from the improper use or selection of a product.
 

5. Payments

  • We accept payments through various online methods, including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking.

  • We do not offer a "Cash on Delivery" (COD) option.

  • All payments must be made in full before an order is dispatched.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship products only within India.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within a maximum of 48 hours (2 business days) from the time of order confirmation.

  • We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

  • Once dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email to track your shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Return Window: A return request can be placed within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • Grounds for Return: A product is only eligible for return if it is damaged upon arrival or if you have received an incorrect item.

  • Condition for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags attached.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support.terranova@nexttorch.in with your order details and photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.

  • Return Shipping: TerraNova will bear the full shipping cost for approved returns.

  • Refunds: Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund. The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  • Cancellations: An order can be canceled only if it has not yet been dispatched.

8. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
 

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Nexttorch Private Limited and is protected by Indian copyright laws.


10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you in connection with any product purchased through the website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
